Yeah, since I learnt about water intoxication, I've been wondering why there are no threads on it here.
It's extremely hard to drink enough water to be able to unbalance your electrolytes to the point where you actually get deadly water intoxication. It would feel horrendous.
I don't know how being an anorexic feels like. Though I imagine it must be a really horrible experience. All the suffering I see human beings suffer make me feel profoundly eerie and sad. It truly is horrible how so many suffer in this existence. It is a great thing to see you are attempting recovery. I hope you can recover and live a better life. Wishing you the best.this is TRULY a testament to my mental state. when reading about sn my body is like yea could we eat this though. no it makes no sense. yes i'm on the edge of sanity. i know it tastes bad also eating normal food kinda repulses me so maybe subconscious is begging for death
