Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I believe this is an effect of the meds I'm now on even though it's only been a few days. I've been more motivated to do things, takes less effort to act and my default inertia is less severe. My mental state hasn't changed. I'm more active though. I don't really see this as a problem (probably gonna have to CTB eventually either way, my emotions make no difference). I'm just wondering if this is a common effect. I will say that it's also made my insomnia worse. But that's neither here nor there, the meds seem to have given me an artificial energy supply.

Idk what meds you're on, but I've been mixing Adderall with large doses of caffeine pills. Sometimes they make me very productive but other times I just zone out on whatever task I'm doing no matter how stupid or inconsequential. Anti-depressants didn't do anything for me, positive or negative. I agree. It doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of things because a temporary change in attitude doesn't do anything about the underlying issues.

You understand perfectly <3

I'm on Prozac at the moment. I tried Adderall and the like as a kid, couldn't handle the weird heart sensations so discontinued it. I take a different (non stimulant) for the ADHD.

I'm on fluoxetine (prozac) and bupropion, and honestly same. It's like something is making me do things but they still feel meaningless. I had a brief period when I regained positive emotions but now they're gone again, and I'm only left functional but still miserable. It seems to be a common effect, especially on meds that are activating - and both prozac and most adhd meds are. I literally asked my psychiatrist about it today and whether there's anything to do here with meds, offered me switching fluoxetine to venlafaxine because more noradrenaline can help. Or just getting a "stronger" antidepressant in general. Idk about that, it could also be more related to psychological/life things, but switching something with meds could be worth giving a try.
