Money questions and divorce

I have some money to my name, and if I ctb, I'm not sure I want my ex to have any.

Would it be better to file for divorce then leave the rest of my money for the family? Or should I just gift it all to my family now?

Do you love them? Or do you hate them? Do they love you or not?

Give the money to someone, some place, that you love. Can also be a animal shelter or similar.
Mabye get divorced, I don t know how expensive that is, though.

It's also a question how much money you have and whether there are other assets and how complex your stuff is structured.
