I was told a little bit ago to mix milk with N. Would the milk "harm" the N? Would it get rid of the taste? Maybe if I mix it and drink it quickly, but I don't know. There were old recommendations that mixing it with orange juice would help, but that has been debunked. But wouldn't the oj "harm" the N anyways?

Well yeah it won't get rid of the taste fully. But it should help. Obviously you don't want dilute it too much. Just enough to make it manageable enough to drink.

Well what you can do is just try to drink it straight, if you can't then take a little bit out and add a little bit of milk, test that. Then add some more milk, then test that. And on and on until you reach a ratio of milk to N that feels manageable.

I wouldn't do milk. proteins (in milk) are more slowly absorbed (you want fast absorption for peak drug levels) and the proteins may interact possibly with the N. I mean it probably make no difference but if u want to do everything possible to guarantee ctb I would avoid milk. My thoughts would be to add cordial. (cordial=the concentrated sweet fruit flavoured syrup that you normally dilute with water to make a drink).

All that would do is create larger amounts of an equally unpalatable substance. You would also run the risk of passing out before drinking a lethal dose.
I definitely read in one of the more official sources not to mix it with stuff. They said that nothing really diluted the taste, mixing it just meant you had more of an equally disgusting and bitter substance to swallow.
