Methodology of my death

I have been toying with the idea of bleeding out. I don't think I'd do this any other way. I was a medical assistant, so I know my way around a venipuncture needle. I was thinking my radial artery, and hook it up to a system that would suction indefinitely, like a limitless vacuum seal. I haven't planned it all out quite yet. Again, just brainstorming.

Is this a stupid/impossible idea? I have roommates but idk where else I'd do it but the bathtub. I'm not even sure if or when. I have so much uncertainty and I just want to know I have an out when I'm ready.

I know how to hit the arteries and not the veins, though I am fearing the risk of blood infection or something worse because if I do it to my arm, I wouldn't want to lose my arm if I failed the attempt.

No it isn't going to work unless you have extensive anatomical knowledge, precise skills, expert tools, and a will like a trained monk.

I'm thinking it won't work so I don't want to encourage op but I do agree that there is a certain beauty in how it's described.
I'm trying to think of how more practical methods can be reframed that way. Maybe help push SI away.

Just please make sure you have your facts straight before a real attempt. If your method goes wrong, you'll lose chances.

I understand why you like the sound of this method given your background, yet, I do think you should implore upon some other, less time-withdrawn options. Bleeding out is a beautiful but very dubious way to go.
