i can't find Tagamet in any pharmacies
and the other alternatives like * ranitidine * aren't available due to carcinogenic doubts.
so i'm thinking about Maalox, i think it will work fine

i'm just making sure .. so what do u think ?
i will use chewable tablets or the solution

It should work fine. You just need an antacid that reduces the amount of stomach acid quickly. I would wager that the solution would be even better than the tablets, because tablets take a while to be effective.
