Losing job final straw?

Yesterday I was fired for the first time in my life. Basically the director of the organization takes things personally so how dare I challenge him on something. I was with the organization for 9 years, was "leadership" staff, and I wasn't even treated like a person in the termination meeting. Don't get me wrong, I hated the job but I needed it. I was also good at it. Now, I don't know how I am supposed to get prescription meds refilled without insurance? The loss of employment has so many ripples into everything else. Life was already miserable, now it's intolerable. I need to decide and commit to a method. Maybe I will shoot myself outside the door at work so they have to clean it up. Hahaha, that brings a smirk to my face. I just need to get bullets without my husband getting suspicious. We have the gun already but I'm not sure what bullets it needs or where to get them. I guess that needs to be my next step though.

I wouldn't do it outside the workplace bc you would get immediate medical attention and be careful about the size of the caliber bc you could survive if it's smaller

Thanks for the input. I'd only do it outside the place at night when no one's there. I will have to look up guns and caliber sizes I guess and if I need to get a different one then so be it. At least I live in Florida (which I hate) but guns are easy to buy around here.

Can your husband help you get by until you get another job? I'm sort of in the same boat but I don't have a spouse or family or even friends to help me out

No, unfortunately not. He works from home with a company he's been with for 20+ years. He's the only remote employee and it's because of his length of time and importance to the company. He works in project management for a manufacturing/repair company. I was in human services and data management.

Also, he is an alcoholic and we need two incomes. I can't imagine going on another interview anyways. Feels like ctb is the only option. And right now I am furious with the person who fired me and I want something to disrupt his perfect little Fu#!cking world.
