Actually, the resources section doesn't currently have a good/up-to-date link as far as I know.
The Dec 2019 peaceful pill handbook can be found here :

However, I had some issues accessing it, so maybe see how you get on.

Yes, very true actually. Might be worth requesting the mods update it?
I tried a couple of times I think, but maybe they're overworked, etc, or have other reasons.
As some point (if I get time), I might create an "overhauled" resources thread that people can use, and the mods might wish to "promote" that if they see fit, etc.....
