Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

you're wrong. its illegal if you plan to to supply it for consumption, posessing it in a custodial property, posess it for consumption and grow it for consumption. it is NOT however illegal to just simply posess it for "no reason." see the loophole?
