Venting LAZYYYYYY

I miss SH so much. its been about a month since i last cut and i fr think about it every day.

Its shitty cuz my job requires me to have my sleeves up like all the time and animals at work are constantly jumping up and hitting my legs (has opened up fresh cuts in past)
which is why i haven't done it in a while. It makes me feel so invalid and like lazy.

I'm not sure.

I've been self harming since i was around 10. like i know i cant do it anymore due to circumstance but my brain tells me thats an excuse and that I'm just lazy. i

it doesn't make much sense but nothing in my brain makes sense so
