Hi all, today will be my last day. I have yet to practice the night night method but I'm attaching clothing to my belt and cut off the carotid artery. I'm using a leather belt. I've read all the night night method post not buying equipment because I don't want to arouse any suspicion. Is there anyway to secure the force after I pass out? Pls help I really want to end it.

If you're using a belt, the only thing I can think of is to lock the belt as tight as possible and then pack something between the belt and your neck at the back to increase the pressure.Thank you I will use bean bag + tourniquet to secured the pressure after I lose consciousness
