What I meant was if you had to do it at the end of the day because someone would save you if you did it right away. But you knew you were going to ctb at the end of the day for sure. Could be literally anything not just extracting pleasure from it. But there would still be that time frame of one day you'd have to live through first.

Planning to ctb tomorrow, so I'm gonna spend the day cleaning the apartment so nobody have to clean up after me. Its a mess atm

Lots of songs I'd listen to. But genuinely as soon as I got into the 'this is the last time I'll ever ....' etc then that would be a barrier. So I'd have a normal day, pretend to self there was nothing unusual and then ctb

Probably nothing out of the ordinary. I might thank some people for being my friend, though I don't want to arise suspicion. I will eat a nice pizza though.

Spend the day with my husband and daughter. Sing my favorite crappy songs loudly. Not bitch about anything, be my daughter's friend not mom for the day. Binge eat. Make sure to have lots of cuddles. Snuggle my cats, watch my hermit crabs for a while. Spend time with my husband, IDK if I'd have sex, but just genuine time holding each other.
Then ctbI'd delete all my computer stuff go out and eat at my favorite food place and then come home and clean my bed up.Similar threads
