Nihms522193f1 The KRA Cuff. When inflated to 600 mmHg, the cuff shuts off blood flow to the brain.

Somewhat similar to the night night method, yet more effective. Thinking about replicating it with a ratchet and some thick material, maybe a piece cutt from a boxing helmet. Fingers crossed it works.

I`m thinking it`s not a widespread method (sphygmomanometer) since rope is very common, cheap and even at times freely found but can and has been done and your link proves it.
