Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's hard for me to get any kind of prescription anything, as i have hospital history of ctb attempts. Hopefully ill be able to get meto, but im not sure. Is there anything else that is highly recommended and i really really should get? Also let me know if there's good otc substitutes for meto.
Assuming KN has a similar risk of vomiting to SN you should be able to use it to ctb without antiemetics. Proper dopamine blocking antiemetics are restricted to prescription only in most places, and OTC antiemetics probably won't do anything. Painkillers and antacids however are OTC so there's really no reason not to use them even though they aren't strictly necessary either.

I definitely dont want to risk it without antiemetics, as i vomit easily.
But if i become more determined to faster then i will. Ill definitely be using painkillers, and if theres any antacids you recommend then id love some ideas. Im worried about benzos though, they are very hard to get in my situation, and i get hella anxiety, and when ive tried hanging its easy for me to set everything up but dropping is so hard.

ill be using 30g of KN, as it has less actual nitrides in it than SN
I don't think it matters too much what antacid you use but I'm planning on using a calcium carbonate based equate brand antacid just for example. Unfortunately your best bet is to get a prescription for a dopamine blocking antiemetic such as domperidone or metoclopramide. From what I understand, benzos are just for heart rate irregularities which won't affect the effectiveness of the KN and shouldn't be painful although going without them could feel a little panicky between the time of ingesting the KN and loss of consciousness.

i should be alright with benzos. My anxiety is a worry with it but ill hopefully just get myself angry enough to just down the KN. It will take me a little bit to actually fulfill all this, as money is a large issue for me right now, but once ive actually gotten the meto and KN (i only got the prescription for the meto just then) i should be all ready to go.
