Kairos Kollar?

Does anyone has any info on Kairos Kollar?
There are videos from Exit's workshop available where he shows how it works but it's for members only.

Seems pretty interesting.

There have been several prototypes but It's still under development by Exit. Based on the principle of applying pressure to the carotid arteries in the neck which prevents flow of blood to the brain and causing hypoxia.

I understand that hypoxia part.

"It will work like an airbag in the car, when you press a button, bang, faint and die." He added, "It works in a clever way by putting pressure on two important points on your neck that do two things: the pressure stops the flow of blood to two important arteries".

I am interetsed in it's mechainics. How will be the pressure created so fast, connected to some kind of inflator?
It might be based on same idea as "Kra Cuff"
