Just lost it on my psychiatrists office

There's no point in trying anymore. It's all so annoying. I am such a sick loser. There is no climbing out. And I expressed that to them like the little bitch I am.

It's like trying to help someone who's head has just been cut off. There is no hope

I had a similar experience this morning. At least they didn't try to patronise me when I answered "there's nothing anyone can do" in response to "what can we do to help?" and just held my hand and squeezed it. (Ironically, that did help, at least enough to help me stop crying.)
