(Sorry I'm new here so I don't know how to share the posts)
So... I've been testing this method but I'm not seeing satisfactory results. When I try with my own fingers I can actually feel my vision getting dark, but when I try with the ligature I simply don't feel anything... I really don't know what I doing wrong.
This is so frustrating because this is literally the only method that requires simple materials and I can do it at home with a certain level of comfort. This seemed like an almost foolproof plan for me so I'm not going to give up on it.
