It’s so funny when normies are afraid of dying

Wow, the other day I wanted to publish one huge post here about this frightening concept, and how it can be supported by some scientific hypotheses like the heat death of the universe.
I try to think it that way: everyone will go through this so it makes no sense to worry too much about it. There's nothing we can do and eventually everyone dies.
I'm afraid of dying, it seems so fucking brutal and horrific in most cases. What is there to not be afraid of? What I don't fear is death itself but the process to get there... fuck, it's just so sadistic to where pointing it out is causing me to get a lot of headaches and chest pains

I understand as all I personally wish for is to cease existing, I just want to never suffer ever again, suffering for way longer in this existence where there is no limit as to how much agony I can feel is what I fear instead of death, I believe death to be nothing more than an eternal, dreamless sleep which is why I see it as the only relief for me.
You realize it's not physically possible to re-experience the past, right? The Eternal Return is an idea, only that, and iirc the creator didn't even mean it was right. It's basically a metaphor to affirm life.
Also, there's a thing called survival instinct and that isn't ideological, it's pretty much natural and not avoidable, and you dismissing it as if having instincts was stupid makes you look full of yourself.
