So I've been practicing this method. Using some cloth material in my neck, tightly rolled socks to compress above my adams apple on either side. Using a shoestring. I've gotten to a point I get super lightheaded and feel like I'm passing out - but never do. Or a least after about 30 seconds I get scared I'ma do permanent damage so I stop.
The pressure in my head makes me think I'm only closing off the jugular. But if that's the case idk what else to do or adjust. If I pull any tighter I'll just be cutting off my airway.
I'm so close I feel like. I just need to dial it in a bit more. Maybe some better explanation of anatomy or what exactly I'm doing.
Also side point but after practicing my neck hurts inside. Like I'm lightheaded still, 20 minutes after and my throat is tight. Definitely dangerous but idk how else to get this right.
Update: after reading thro some other threads about similar methods. Is this method not even realistic?
