So, I am in contact with A. I was just thinking that with the coronavirus situation there could be troubles with shipments. Or maybe I could risk only a delay in receiving the order (that woudn't be a problem)?

Having your opinion would be great because I'm not sure about what to do

I don't know about customs but I'd be less categorical about the state of the national postal services to make it the right time to order.
I had ordered about 10 small items recently, and some got lost after an unusual time, some got delayed, some got wrongly delivered initially then reoriented (received mails from the post system that I never did before).
Then I learned some small post offices are closed and I believe the general staff could be saturated with unknown new procedures. All in all, the overall state looks like a mess, with some struggles. Even if it departs the origin country well, avoid customs because they perform less checks, the final delivery could be subpar and not guaranteed like usual. Make up your own mind, depending on the amount of money you put at risk!

I was thinking of ordering 2 bottles but I was worried about COVID and the postal service and also more people possibly ordering. I don't have any extra money to put at risk. I only have the money for one order. So if it doesn't work, then I would be waiting a VERY long time after that.

I was planning on CO tonight but I guess I am going to put even more thought into my method. It feels like it takes a long time to decide so you don't fail. I have been contemplating/planning for months.

I can confirm same here (different country) . I dont think the postal services are doing well.

I don't think it's the wrong moment to order. If anything, I'd think your shipment will just be delayed. I've received a few packages lately and some came a little late.
