Help Is this a good idea?

Over the course of 2025 my life has taken a nosedive. My fiance left and spread rumours to our friend and hobby groups that I abused him. I had a fallout with a close friend and she is helping my ex-fiance in spreading the rumours. This ex friend has come up to me recently and threatened to make my life hell (she doen't have to worry, I'm already in hell). I've lost community and have been fired from multiple gigs due to these accusations. My city hates me.

I tried to CTB this October by ODing, but I woke up after 2 days. I plan to CTB at the end of January, just ordered everything that I'll need. I plan to leave a note detailing the pain my ex-friend and my ex-fiance put me through over the past few months. Will they face any consequences for leading me to suicide? I'm tired of suffering and this is the only way out for me.

TL:DR is it a good idea to mention people who drove me to suicide on a suicide note hoping that they'll face legal consequences?

I know you don't want to hear this & I don't mean to offend, but… I know you feel this is the only way out for you, however I think that there could be other options. I'd try to work whatever jobs, gigs, anything that pays in the hopes of saving enough to move away & start over. Maybe catching the bus lost a little allure now that you understand they won't face any consequences. The best revenge, if that's what you want, is getting away from them as fast as you can, and living your best life. I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.

I still think CTB is the only way out. I can't live another day like this. Saving up will take ages, enough time for them to ruin me further. They can't hurt me if I'm not here anymore.

im so sorry. the situation they put you through sounds absolutely fucked up, what is actually wrong with them??!! i am so angry for you, and im so sad because of THEIR fucked up actions youre considering ctb… this might sound like a stupid idea and i apologize in advance but maybe you can try posting your story on tiktok or something? expose them? theres a possibility it could go viral, and maybe you can fuck them right back… im sorry OP. this is so unfair to you. it may sound like a hopeless situation, but if you didnt do anything wrong you shouldn't die. i have no idea what its like to be in your shoes, so im sorry if this comes off insensitive (im just angry on your behalf) but i dont think your situation is hopeless, if you in your heart know theyre spreading lies, then i think if you could try moving somewhere else you may find yourself again. best wishes, OP. do you have any friends/family on your side right now?

Tiktok is banned here, and I deleted our conversations in a fit of rage so I don't have any "evidence". I have absolutely no one on my side. I had to make the switch to SS bc my ex friend found my reddit and stalked me there and used me posting in SH subreddits against me.
