Help Is there any drug I can take to get over the fear of CTB?

Title says it all. Doesn't necessarily have to be a drug, just any means that helps me get over the fear of CTB or lowers my consciousness.

I am not sure but benzodiazepines could work, or all GABA-A medicines

I will drink some alcohol before i'll hang muself maybe one or two drinks 5cl Whisky. Whenever I drink a little bit its enough to do it. I'm not drunk then but I somehow loose this feeling of fear about suicide its probably this overwhelming feeling of anger which then dominates my mind anger about how tragically my life took its course.
