Is there a way to deliver SN discreetly?

I live with other people, and obviously I do not want them to find out if I have purchased SN because they might stop me. If I am ordering from a foreign country (is the only way I can order it considering how much it has been blocked in the united states) would it be sent discreetly or would it be visible?
