There is no wrong reason. No reason is needed. Even if the requirements are not met - no need to feel bad about it. I kinda want to do it but not there yet.
There are many people and any of them can make you feel bad and screw the day. So I try not to make myself feel bad.

What the anti-suicide people don't get is that many of us are past being talked out of our decision.

We may not be ready, but our reasons are sufficient, and they are ours.

At some point, I just stopped ignoring the 988 notifications that appear when I search for something related to suicide.

It is just background noise.
