Also, the sleeping pills (as many have stated before) are counter to the CO method because you go to sleep and breathe less deeply and less often... so it would take much longer to inhale enough CO to kill. Multiple people have posted about using sleeping aids to help them fall asleep during CO only to wake up many hours later just feeling a little sick but still alive.
