Help Is SN recommended for people with motion sickness?

I have motion sickness I vomit while traveling in car, I vomit white traveling in bus. So for someone with motion sickness is this method recommended since people with motion sickness puke way too easy.

I'm the same, I always get motion sickness. It was worse when I was younger, slightly better now. I think there are nausea medication we can take. Not sure how well they work for us but I think these are stronger medication.

I mean, I get very bad motion sickness, especially worse from a systemic disease. but it is what is is unfortunately. the AE meds will do best they can.

I have tried otc which never worked for me.
