• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm scared to death of the idea of being homeless, if that ever happens I won't even try to survive anymore (not under threat of that currently, but I want to know what options I'd have)

Problem is I think all the bridges we have over rivers aren't high enough for the fall to immediately kill me.

Or should I find a really tall building in that case?

thats dumb. you'll either break your bones and struggle to swim, then drown ruthlessly while you feel the agonizing pain of multiple broken bones, or just not die and have to swim back to shore because youll be too afraid to willingly drown (which isnt a personal attack, just like 99% of suicidal peoples routes).

I'm a coward and already have a fear of drowning so ig I'm exactly the type of person to not attempt this.

Would the tall building route work better?

i think that would be too much commitment, not even mentioning the SI.

im not going to recommend a method, but you should look toward the stickied megathread of methods if you haven't already. something at home and/or less "get out and do it" type of stuff

Drowning is one of the most effective methods.

The problem: it hurts a lot.

Unless someone hold your head under water you'll not drown

Can't you find a homeless community home ?
