Is it true that one bottle of veterinary nembutal may not be enough to end someone's life?

Everything I've heard from the PPH says that the 6 gms of nembutal in a 100 ml bottle of veterinary pentobarbital should be enough to end someone's life. But then I came across this article:

Does anyone know if this is true? Does a healthy person need two bottles of nembutal to be sure it will work?

It is dependent on body weight as well. Most take between 12 and 15g that I'm aware of.

Even then, larger people could need more.

definitely enough for most people, the only ones who appear to take longer or a higher dose are heavy alcoholics or people with tolerance for substances that interact with GABA like benzos and others. there is a lot of cross tolerance between these substances.

The lethal dose of nembutal is not the same for everyone and takes into account many factors that differ from one individual to another. The consumption of the oral solution of pentobarbital nembutal in high quantity is fatal for the man and causes death. The lethal quantity is indicated by your euthanasia doctor according to your characteristics.
According to the standart statistics
25ml -> 15kg – 45kg
50ml -> 50kg – 100kg
75ml -> 105kg – 190kg
100ml -> 195kg – above
