is it possible to ctb by just covering your head with your blanket instead of a plastic bag? and i have some chlorphinamine, will that help?

I imagine that you would be able to receive a little oxygen if you just use a blanket which may keep you alive or surviving with brain damage. Better to use an air-tight bag.
