Well, there are lots of wombats who get a cancer after fighting. I can't remember much detail about it but am sure you can find details with a coupleof decent AI prompts or researching online. Cancer would likely be a bad way to go though.

It's not an infection. It doesn't transmit via blood or air. You can't eat cancer either, even if you physically eat a raw tumor, the odds of "spawning" cancer are close to 0.

There are things that trigger cancer like eating habits or smoking, however it is not guaranteed and mostly depends on your genetics.
