I rang them again and they came and he wasn't here again even tho I rang the minute I knew he was there I saw him they said they will look around for him and that they will also call back here during the night as he is sleeping downstairs under the staircase. They came right to my door so now he will know I rang them and I had to mention about him stabbing that guy.im so scared more now than ever. Tonight may be the night everything falls apart but I'll find a way to pick up the pieces and put them back together again. Some how.
Guess what guys he has been arrested he has court in the morning the police man just rang me they know he has a bench warrant out for his arrest but they said he may get out tomorrow. I hope he doesn't so although I've peace of mind for the night. He also knows now I rang even tho that said it was the neighbours. I am Screwed if he gets out tomorrow they said I need to contact the manager of the complex and let them know there is a homeless man sleeping downstairs. I hate this and they said I've to get a safety order and now I'm sitting here thinking not again not for a second time. I'm dead if he gets out, i can't see this ending well

Then if he breaks in, as he approaches you, you throw the boiling water right in the mother fucker's beady little eyes or, if he's blocking his face, hit his worthless balls with the water instead. I also hope it doesn't come to that but it's a good idea and less of a way of him hurting me. I have ran out many times begging for help no one ever answered there doors and the cops were never called sigh

ANOTHER UPDATE!

so I've good and bad news we shall start with the good I've seen my doctor and she was a really nice one luckily. She increased my quietipine and gave me some diazipam to help with my anxiety. I got a week's dose and I've to go back next week and let her know how I'm doing

Bad news!!

FFS they won't let me get a protection order because he has no fixed Adobe. They are his needs a address so he can be served the order. So I came back home his not here luckily. I don't know he got on in court or if his even out yet. I took my medication and im waiting for them to kick in. I didn't sleep much because of the worrying. I hope he doesn't show up drunk later that's my fear

Anyway I rang the management company of the complex and the number I have, the company isn't working with this complex anymore and they didn't know who was so Im left with no one to contact about the door being broke.you need a fob to get it but as I said the door is broke if this was fixed I'd have some peace of mind. I am so drained and glad to be home I can't believe how a lil support from sasu could make me so brave and somewhat of in powered of my own life. Yes I may have my break downs but right now I feel like I can do this

So he has left me alone but his homeless now and sleeping on the street. I feel kinda bad but one part of me is like he needs to pull himself together and it's not my fault I need to focus on my kids and me. It's hard but I will never get back with that man. Now that it's been a few weeks to reflect he was so abusive. I am traumatized from both and only two relationships I ever had. It's super hard and I need to try pick up the pieces.

Yes I needed some time to heal a bit although I've not healed as desired, I'm traumatized TBF. But I am trying to get better I have to do this for my kids but I really just wanna sleep all day, the depression is real. As much as I try and fight it, it's in the back of my head and the anxiety and over thinking doesn't help. I'm so lost in this world.....

So many here have been traumatized by their parents and on the other hand there are also some parents that are trying to leave their kids and ctb.your kids are lucky to have you.

Tysm!! I also hope we do. My childhood was horrible and I'm damn sure my kids won't go through what I did. I'm here to mind them and I will. Gosh I feel so impowered today. But I know tomorrow I may be so down. Hopefully not. Thanks for y'all's support guys it helps a lot

I definitely won't be taking him back. I won't lie I nearly broke but then realised and now I'm just angry because of the way he treated me and the kids and also I needed that money he owed me but I have to let it all go. He needs the money more than me clearly sigh

I'm strong I just need to remember that but all this is hard I can't lie. I some how am getting the strength to continue on I have to somehow believe in myself

That's all you need to do, is believe in yourself, and never doubt your self worth. You mean something to someone, and they are your kids, and without you, who knows where they could end up. They need you, and they need to come before anyone else.
