Hello I was wondering how feasible it would be to hang myself as i'm not able to stand without the aid of a walking stick due to my disability. I am capable of kneeling unaided and by the looks of it that might be sufficient for a partial suspension, but I was not certain so i thought I would ask here.

Yes, you can do partial suspension if you are able to lean over.
