Benzos are recommended for easing the SI and making the whole dying process more pleasant. They are not as important as the antiemetics are.

Isn't antiemetic pretty necessary tho? I mean, if you throw up it's almost meaningless

I think it helps a lot, if you can get them, no reason not too.
