Ive got bridge near my house thats 42 metres, is it enough? Also, i remember on an old account there is a resource on here that talks about falling height to kill yourself,the search option doesnt work on this account so im asking here

It definitely skews on the more fatal side, but the recommended heights for jumping are 150 ft (45.7 meters) for land and 225 ft for water (68.5 meters).

You are in the bare minimum of height needed, ideally you want to do it in a weekend like 2-3 am in case you survive the impact is gonna be a ton of blood loss that will secure death
