Is 40mg hydrocodone + 270mg DXM + 6000mg gabapentin enough to make me pass out?

It doesn't need to be enough to kill me. It just needs to be enough for me to pass out long enough to suffocate. My opiate tolerance is low, I took 20mg oxycodone once a couple weeks ago.
