I can't sleeo although I'm tired and yawning. What should I do imlediately? I drank tea and sédatif PC

Benadryl can give you four hours, but should not be used regularly.

GABA may have usefulness in the longer term.

Halcion/Triazolam worked well for me, withdrawal is awful though especially if you're on them for ages.
