Help inert gas (exit bag) way too complicated

Am I the only one who would like to do this method but is too dumb to set it up. Just to find and buy all the stuff and then put it together. Is there perhaps some simplified guide for dummies? I am just useless/incapable.
Because of this I will do charcoal method. But I am in doubt if it is as peaceful. Is it?

I think charcoal is more peaceful with respect to not having to don a mask, bag, or hood, so you don't get the feeling of being "restricted", which, to me, isn't peaceful. Ofc, you can screw-up charcoal, too. Like if you don't use enough charcoal, don't get charcoal burning adequately, have air leaks in your space, etc. Inert gas isn't that hard. You get a tank of pure nitrogen, a regulator that fits onto your tank, a flowmeter that fits onto your regulator, and then a mask. Or, you can use a hood or make your own bag. You connect the mask/hood/bag to the flowmeter with tubing. Put the mask/hood/bag on your head, turn the gas on the tank, and set the flowmeter to deliver the recommended amount of gas. It's all spelled out ad naseum in the Inert Gas Megathread in countless different ways.

I've considered CO in the past, it seems much more complicated to me then inert gas, much easier to fail and more likely to suffer permanent organ and muscle damage. Since CO is a poison and if you fail an attempt to CTB, it still remains in the blood for a long time. Inert gas can also fail but less likely to leave you with organ fail, but it is likely to cause brain damage.
CO seemed easier in the beginning, but the more I researched it the more I've learned how much planing and testing it requires in order to reduce the probability of failure.
How ever, both methods require researching and equipment + technical skills, true the inert gas method may seem more complicated for some one with no background at all in any technical field.
