Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm in the US too and I think I've heard sn is impossible to obtain even here now. I haven't tried, but it's what I've heard. They want to take away all of our methods, it's crazy. Not only do they want to go after SN, they want to go after this site. For once I'm grateful that I live in the U.S. Seems like the U.K is really cracking down on SN, given the recent influx of welfare checks triggered by ordering from DSL, paired with this new article + all the research they've been doing
I'm in the UK, and I'm probably gonna ctb soon. Idk about SN, but I'm gonna go by helium asphyxiation. Getting the stuff for that wasn't all too difficult, so I guess that path is still open, if it helps anybody. I could never go by hanging or jumping, so I'm glad I have what I have. Not only do they want to go after SN, they want to go after this site. For once I'm grateful that I live in the U.S. Seems like the U.K is really cracking down on SN, given the recent influx of welfare checks triggered by ordering from DSL, paired with this new article + all the research they've been doing
I received my SN from DSL this month, so I think it's still accessible to the U.S as of now. I believe the only way to obtain it is through DSL, as all other sources only deliver to businesses and such nowI'm in the US too and I think I've heard sn is impossible to obtain even here now. I haven't tried, but it's what I've heard. They want to take away all of our methods, it's crazy.
yepThis world is a literal prison. They are upset when we escape.
Hi what's DSL please? Thanks xI received my SN from DSL this month, so I think it's still accessible to the U.S as of now. I believe the only way to obtain it is through DSL, as all other sources only deliver to businesses and such now
This is limited to the sources that you have knowledge of.I received my SN from DSL this month, so I think it's still accessible to the U.S as of now. I believe the only way to obtain it is through DSL, as all other sources only deliver to businesses and such now
Not impossible yet. There are still several sources.I'm in the US too and I think I've heard sn is impossible to obtain even here now. I haven't tried, but it's what I've heard. They want to take away all of our methods, it's crazy.
Just thinking out loud... my mind is rather preoccupied with trying to figure out: is it better for the wardens of this prison (as another user aptly called it) to ban such substances, or to allow people to leave if they want to leave?
I'm not a vegan, but similarly I wonder: if cows had opposable thumbs, if all livestock had our awareness and intelligence, would they not also want to CTB? This would be bad for the farmer, of course, for there'd be nobody to milk. But then again, aggressive chickens are intentionally culled, taken out of the gene pool.
Wouldn't the elites want a nice, docile, content, "own nothing and happy" domesticated society? Why would they want to propagate malcontent by making it even more difficult for the malcontent to leave? Wouldn't it be better for the elites to allow assisted suicide so they can just be left with a population of people who are content with being abused and taking advantage of? Isn't that their end-goal?
I won't go further because I'm starting to get into territory that was horrifyingly explored in, ahem, the 1940s. To be clear, all I'm trying to say is that I really do not understand what the logic is here, what's the plan for all these struggling people. I have read numerous threads here where people share their main reason or top three reasons for wanting to CTB, and many of them do not seem to have issues that could be genuinely resolved by talking to a therapist and taking some soma.
In my case, there is no pill that cures wageslavery, no vaccine against it. So why do things that leads to a disgruntled, unproductive workforce, either because they are taxed in order to support NEETs like me, or because very unhappy people like me are employed? This might not be the argument that I think it is; don't want to give any more ideas to the masters. I already know they want automation because robots don't complain and they can work more than 40 hours a week.
I agree with your reasoning as to why it would seem to make sense for our money fixated governments- to let the non productive suicidal go. However- not all people who are suicidal are non productive- for one.
The bigger problem though- as I see it, is their parents. Will they truly not mind if their offspring's suicide wasn't prevented? I imagine they would be up in arms.
So- the government effectively- isn't even going against popular opinion. Surely- it's actually the majority of people who want to keep their loved ones and friends alive? Whether they contribute to society or not.
If the idea is to tackle the problem at source- reproduction rights. How can we even know whether would- be parents will produce offspring that is docile, compliant and productive or rebellious or unable to work? I'm assuming the majority of people who are NEET here have parents who do work. How else are they being taken care of?
As depressing as it is to acknowledge, those who don't work because of illness etc. also generate the need for medical professionals, pharmaceuticals etc. Think of how much money our governments receive from big pharma. One way or another- they find a way to make money.
All excellent insights, thank you for sharing. This gives me more to think about.
In any case. It strikes me as absurd to take away options and to not supplant them with solutions or make any attempt to address even just a single reason why some people are so depressed.
