Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I obsess so much over the past and become so anxious thinking about the future that I forgot to live in the present. I'm afraid that I've already wasted so much of my youth and continue to do so and, one day, my life is going to pass me by.

But I want to get better. And I will get better. So I've decided to take it day-by-day because every day is a new start. I'm going to embrace the new and the now. A couple of days ago, I bought a journal. Starting today, at the end of the day, I'm going to write a recap of my day.

So far, I've eaten a handful of grapes, a cup of yogurt, and a quesadilla that I cooked. Then I washed it down with a cup of black tea that I brewed. That was my breakfast.
Now, I'm going to brush my teeth. I haven't showered in a couple of days, so I'm going to shower. I'm going to stretch. After that...I don't know.

But, as you can tell, I'm trying to focus on improving my physical health because it'll return back to me as a boost in my mental health, right? We'll see.

Anyway, I'm making progress.

Take everything one day at a time and make the best of it you can. Treat it as a step to recovery, make a little healthy change each day. Go for a walk, take in some sunshine. Just be in the present.

Along with eating heathily I started going to the gym every morning to try and get fit, it apparently helps with depression - 6 months of trying and still depressed... so not sure on that.

I too struggle with showering, it's not that I don't like showering or being clean... I just don't do it, I can't really answer why.
