I have SN in front of me but I'm so scared to take it. I have no other medications and didn't even weight it because I'm broke and I can't plan stuff anymore. My life is ruined because of one mistake I made and I just want to die already. If I can just do it already then I'll finally be at peace

Without the medication it's going to be an extremely unpleasant time. If you're scared and having second thoughts then please stop and think about it some more, I really highly suggest you don't do SN.
