I’m Going to Die Exit Bag

I need help setting up the turkey exit bag. I've received it yesterday. I've seen some designs people have done (photos attached). Can someone please guide me? Which is the best, should it be sealed tight around my neck or leave a slight open space? Would an EEBD hood with an exhaust valve be better? I've tried the full face scuba mask and it's impossible because I get an exploding head feeling and it's severely claustrophobic. With a large wide turkey exit bag on top of my head, it's so clear see through and there is ZERO claustrophobia. I think I can die with that but will just need to be heavily sedated after eating a nice final meal with sleeping pills because of my survival instinct and pain/discomfort tolerance. I NEED TO BE SEDATED. Any medications please recommend. I've heard of bendoz but how do I get it prescribed?
