Don't drink too much alcohol or take too much medication to the point where you aren't coordinated enough to do partial. Partial is already difficult to get the correct angle sober. Don't sabotage yourself by trying to chill too much.

Have you already tested your ligature and anchor to make sure they will hold your body weight plus a little more when you start to convulse?
