I find that things are hardest through the night, when it's quieter and nobodies around that you can talk to. Even depressed, we're inherently social creatures. And loneliness really is a killer.

It's tragic to me how we even have the ability to suffer so extremely. Life itself will always be the true problem. I'm sorry that life tortures you so much, it's so incredibly unfair how we are denied peaceful exit options to free ourselves from all this.
