I wish someone would break into my house and stab me to death 
Totally get that- my fantasy is to be the one that confronts a workplace shooter or some other awful person that's intent on harming others and using my life to distract them long enough so that others can escape.

That sounds like an incredibly heavy place to be. I can't even begin to imagine what's going on in your life to make you feel this way. If you want to talk about it, I'm here, no matter how messy it feels.

loool i also have such hero fantasies. i watched a movie where the suicidal guy wanted to die by saving children from an oncoming bus. it would be so much better to be remembered as some hero than a suicidal personTotally get that- my fantasy is to be the one that confronts a workplace shooter or some other awful person that's intent on harming others and using my life to distract them long enough so that others can escape.
