I wish it could be easier

I´ve been trying to think about the best method I could choose. I know at the end I will be dead, but I could only wish for a peaceful death that ensures me I will die 100%. I´ve seen pictures of people that die from hanging, gunshot and SN and they all look terrible, I mean, you´re dead already, but think about the family member that´s gonna have to recognize your body...

I only wish the Sarco pod or Assisted dying could be available for people who is sure they want to die. In that way you have a peaceful death, even with assisted dying your loved ones could be by your side and they arrange everything with the authorities and deliver your ashes.

Which do you think is the best way to CTB?

I've always thought CO or FSH. But can't get over the hump of actually doing it. Drugs are too low probability and idk jumping seems a little equal to fsh to me. Just gotta take that step. Falling would be scary but first part of fsh is going to hurt. So idk.

Not trusting jumping takes away an often convenient and dependable way of doing it. If you manage to get high enough, you can put a blindfold on and some music in your ears right before you take the plunge.

If you have access to a firearm, that can be a relatively reliable way of dying... as long as you don't misfire and wind up paralyzed.

I've seen far too many "i blew my entire face off but survived" stories for gunshots. Wish someone would do it for me though so it was 100% certain.

Yeah, there's a lot of scammers out there. I think the firearm is a very reliable method, but I wouldn't trust myself to do it, I don't want to survive that. I know it can't be real, but in that case I would prefer paying someone to do it for me.

I wouldn't do SN. You cannot trust sellers and also, have you seen pictures? It looks just terrible.

The footage I saw of the guy taking SN didn't seem too bad. He vomited but that's probably standard of poisoning. He had also ingested red wine judging by the bottle he pulled out which could attribute to vomiting too.

I think there's a fine line with not going overboard and ensuring you're taking enough. If you throw it all up - you could end up worse off than when you started instead of riding the bus.

From everything I've seen, SN looks fairly calm - and then FSH/Partial assuming the ligature is tight enough around the carotid arteries, seems incredibly peaceful too.

Hanging seems the most reliable/letal. Very few chances of surviving.

Gunshot, jumping or SN carries risk of either blown face, broken bones, or losing limbs and cognitive functions

I understand, a peaceful death is all I hope for as well, I just want true peace from this cruel, futile and torturous existence I just always saw as a mistake and I see so much cruelty in how there isn't the option to just be euthanised with the suffering and torture of existing seen as to force and prolong no matter what, all that anti-suicide does is just cause so much suffering and harm, I always suffer so much from how I cannot just have a painless method like Nembutal.

Totally agree. I've had it in my brain and plan that I would eventually kill myself since I was a kid. I've thought of every type of way, for awhile I was definitely going to use a gun but once I realized it was kinda difficult to get one thought about the other ways. Also I have seen a lot of gunshot survivors who aimed wrong and am TERRIFIED of that happening to me. I am a tiny person so it would be really hard to use a shotgun and aim it right.

SN I would NOT be able to do because I am afraid of the SI kicking in and vomiting it all up. Also the videos I've seen it takes way too long.

My next thought was jumping from something high (I used to go to Niaraga falls and fantasize about jumping because its so inviting), but I don't think I'd have the guts. Plus there is a small chance of survival.

Now I have been thinking hanging seems like the most peaceful and you look the most presentable to whoever finds you (vs gunshot to head). The videos I've seen people seem to be unconscious within 1 minute and then its over with. It seems so easy, fast, and painless. Right now I am thinking this is the best way.

I wish there was a magic pill that you could take and you'd just fall asleep and then die. That would be the ultimate option. I am SO jealous of people who randomly die in their sleep.

They look blueish and the nails look also kind or like a purple-blue color. Some have vomit all over. And I even saw 1 that survived and it just looked awful. I wouldn´t like to survive something like that.

I´ve never seen videos of people dying from hanging, but I´ve heard it can be very peaceful if done right. Do you know how long it takes for you to actually die doing that method?
