Yes, being a pet in a good household sounds good. Although you would still age and die or you could get ill. It's not suffer free, but it is the best life can offer.

Thought about it, has pluses & minuses. If you have a good loving human, it seems like it would be a great life & deal. But you must eat what your served or can hunt. if you want fish you can't tell your human whose opening a can of chicken cat food that you prefer something else- the fish. Also, I keep my cats litter box clean. But idk how that whole situation would be, and it wouldn't take long until not having opposable digits would really be annoying, as no way to use tools or manipulate things with fine motor control.

Being a housecat is definitely significantly better than being a human but, if I could choose, I'd still prefer non existence over being a cat since even cats have the potential to suffer horrifically in existence

This is the only way I would want reincarnation to be real. I HAVE to come back as a house cat. If anything else, I will stay dead thank you.

I would want to be a puppy too, I already pretend to be a dog a lot of the time. I am also clingy too so it would be nice for someone to think this trait of mine would be cute. I would like to be played with and to be able to cuddle with my owner and feel protected and loved by them.

I have been sitting here watching these goobers stalk each other and the dogs' tails and run up and down the hallway like a damned herd of horses.

This evening for dinner the dogs got a can of cat food and the cats got a can of dog food and everybody ate like it was the best thing since Skippy peanut butter. Go figure. I dunno ...

I like this idea a lot.

The coolest thing about being a house cat would be feeling that I really bring positivity and joy to the world around me instead of the actual truth of my existence as I am. Just being able to know that I really make people happy.

And people not playing the dishonest social games in front of me.
