Not always a great idea to isolate yourself from the rest of the world. Taking time off to be alone is okay. But it can worsen your feelings overtime if you do it too much.
Social interactions with other people is how you keep yourself sane. Humans have always been social beings. Take it from me, I barely speak to anyone. Im so quiet, when I was in school I had zero friends not because no one wanted to be with me. It was because I kept to myself. I ignored people and isolated myself, Ive had someone ask me out when I was in like 6th grade and I said no. I also had people ask to be friends with me twice and I said no. No one ever spoke to me after that. It turned out so badly. Im trying to solve it as of now. Whenever I have a good social conversation with someone even if it was just for a couple seconds my mood lightens up and I find some hope.Similar threads
