i'm so mad at myself for not hiding it better!! i just wanna go and drown myself at the local beach.

i actually can't swim and was close to losing my life a few years back by going too far away from the ground. but a group of friends saved me when they noticed i was underwater.

currently, putting up on a brave face and just waiting for the next monday to come. after work, i plan to go for a walk and end up at the beach. thoughts?

I'm sorry to hear it.
It's not that easy, you should do some tests on shallow water, for example with hyperventilation.
The other problem is the possible presence of a lifeguard.
He has a lot of time to notice you: 2-3mins to lose consciousness, many other mins to finish the oxygen and then 5 mins to die. I would say you'll need at least 10mins.
But the most difficult part is to lose consciousness in the first place, you should aim to be as relaxed as possible (probably some drugs would help), if you manage (and probably is the only way) you shouldntfeel anything, better than falling at sleep.

could a lake work? there's one nearby the beach but we also don't have any lifeguards this time of the month. one time, i ran away in the middle of the night and walked to the beach, lied to my father that i was gonna go to my sister's place, i stayed at the beach for half an hour and then went home. both parents were in bed and they believed my lie.

i can still feel the water enter my lungs and when getting pulled out, gasping in fear. i have one week on me to do this, any tips? as i said, i can't swim so.
