Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I tried partial just now. My vision was starting to black out and I stood up. I released the noose. I cried. I don't want to die yet I don't want to live. Once gone, means gone forever. But living is suffering..

It's okay to be scared. It's okay to be undecided. Take your time, and know that whatever decision you make is right, as long as you make it on your terms (or at least as close as you can get).

I can understand. I literally did the same before 2 hours.. I am in a dilemma. I am taking some time to figure out things..
Take your own time.. consider to give life a try..if you aren't in a good environment, try to get away from there..If you have some life or 'will to live ' left in you , that's a good thing. ' we have to fight (or work )for ourselves..No one will'

I've tried it (i.e. tried blacking out, not an actual suicide attempt) only about 5 times with a proper setup. There were about 20 attempts at the same with a t-shirt before that that seem ridiculously naive to me now. How you managed to get to 50 and remain functional is beyond me.

Well, you also have to consider that there are people that do this on a regular basis for autoerotic asphyxiation. But it's not harmless.
I'm definitely not undermining or overlooking the dangers of even the attempts though. My neck still feels sore/hurts at this very moment and definitely felt head pressure/migraines for weeks. Also, my vision felt messed up afterwards (like flashes and sudden onset of a bunch of eye floaters).

Well, I'm about to suffer retinal detachment sometime in the near future, so floaters and flashes aren't that uncommon for me. As to the rope burns... I'm using a jute rope, which is incredibly abrasive, almost like sandpaper. It fucking hurts.

Thanks all for your replies. I am actually using a scarf with padding. It was actually painless. Once blacking out, there is no way to get back to consciousness?

In a trial setup where you're pulling the rope, you'll return to consciousness in a few seconds. In the actual setup with an independent support, you won't be bringing yourself back.

In theory no, you don't go back to consciousness although I've read a few instances where people have thrashed around so enthusiastically that their ironclad slipknots still managed to go loose and they end up on the ground none the wiser.

No, there isn't. Being unconsious also means no feeling of pressure to the neck or pain, identical to suspension hanging.
But there will be tonic-clonic cramps and convulsions of the body for about a minute (there are several videos), which may destroy the setup and thus induce failure and maybe waking up on the floor.

Yes, please make sure that you are alone for at least an hour in order to hang yourself, to be on the safe side (so to speak). I think I have read that it usually takes less than a half-hour to die once one has hanged oneself. However, in order to avoid being discovered while still alive and run the risk of being in a vegetative state for life, one should not be discovered for at least an hour. I would probably want to be discovered no more than four to six hours after hanging myself, in order to reduce the chance of livor mortis in the limbs and the start of decomposition. (I am a little obsessed with having a presentable corpse for an open-casket funeral.)
Also, probably gravity should do the work.

I'm also curious you said you used a scarf can you give detail as to what kind of setup you used ? Did you tie the scarf around your neck and attach to a rope ??

I can relate, been there. As others have said take your time, if its really what you want you will do it in your own time. If not then I hope things get better for you.

I tied one end of the scarf with another scarf to lengthen it. And I create a slipknot at the other end. I didn't use any rope at all. I folded my t-shirt to use as padding. It takes some adjustment before getting it right. Once the vision around my eyes starts fading, I know I'm getting it right.

I don't know about you guys but I feel that sometimes when I feel my vision is getting black out..maybe it's time for me to go? It can happen so fast..from conscious to unconscious...
