I think I found a way to take my mind off of everything.

I am currently playing destiny 2 pvp and it's nice to just zone out and casually play with random team mates. I forget what happens outside and what happened Everytime I play but it comes flooding back when I try to sleep or listen to music. But still if I can keep myself happy for a little bit then I'm fine with a temporary solution. I hope you all have a good night
